We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions unless explicitly part of our concierge medical services.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA (where applicable), and financing through approved partners.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full.

 

5. Refund Policy

All sales on services and prepaid packages are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Retail products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
